It's my first week online and boy, are my fingers (and eyes) tired. It's a lot of work being a new online store. Surprisingly, it's still a lot easier than I had previously thought. The Etsy site is very user-friendly whether you're buying or selling. I have been window shopping for about two weeks just getting into the Etsy flow, favoriting things that I would buy if I had lots of money and I am about to make my first purchase! As with any online marketplace, feedback is a huge factor in sales. This is super handy since I can easily justify showering myself with fantastic handmade presents under the guise of building feedback! Hooray for justified shopping.
What am I buying? Glad you asked! It's this sweet little kitty necklace from marmar's shop: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=7852298
Okay, so don't buy it before I get the chance to you sneaky sneaks.
What's that? You want the link to my shop? Again, I'm so glad you asked! :)

I will get some pics up on here as soon as I can. Hopefully the weather (and the toddler) will cooperate so I can get some more items photographed and listed soon.

Is this thing on?
Welcome to the official Lilah & Company blog!
My Etsy shop just opened yesterday and though it has only 2 items in it so far, I am still quite thankful and proud. Pretty soon I will be adding things daily, hopefully, until I pack that baby to the gills with cool handmade jewelry.
I hear a screaming cat threatening to wake the toddler, so I must leave you in suspense.
Stay tuned. Excitement will ensue shortly.
